Is your artwork safe for outdoors?
Yes! Our outdoor artwork is produced locally in the Taranaki, New Zealand and is manufactured to ensure it withstands the harshest outdoor environments - uncovered. Produced on a man made, compressed foam board that repels water with a specialist UV vinyl print & laminate; our pieces will not rot, swell, warp or crack with the elements.
Is your artwork suitable for indoors also?
Yes again! We produce our indoor artwork on a slimmer profile, lighter board so it is more suitable for hanging in interior spaces. It is produced with the same high quality products as our outdoor artwork so will also not damage in rooms with high moisture such as bathrooms and kitchens.
Are you able to produce your artwork to a custom size?
Yes! As all our artwork is made to order so we can produce anything between 2400mm x 1200mm.

How do your artist collaborations work?
We love collaborating with talented NZ artists! The artists open up their artwork to us for use on a new medium. Each time you purchase an artists work, that artist gets a commission of each sale.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As each artwork is produced to order please allow 2 weeks for production.
Do you ever have sales or specials?
Thanks for asking. We don't have sales or specials at Just a Little Bit Cool. We believe in providing high quality products at a great price everyday of the year.
Are there instructions on how to hang the artwork?
We detail clear instructions including which glue to use for our mounted prints HERE.
Where do you ship to?
We ship NZ wide and our products are popular gifts to family and friends overseas so we also offer international shipping to Australia, The UK, USA & Europe.
Is there somewhere I can view your artwork?
We are based in and artwork can be viewed by appointment in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
Do you offer returns?
Every piece of artwork is produced to order. We offer custom sizes and finishes, so we hope you understand that we don't accept returns for change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you aren't fully happy with the quality of the item you have received we must be notified by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the product with a description and supporting photo of what the issue is. If the product is found to be faulty we will arrange collection of the item at our cost and replace for you.
